Eligibility for Returns

You have the legal right to withdraw or return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the original condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@curatedstockholm.se. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance, and for securely packing the item to ensure it returns in its original condition.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if there are any issues, such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item. While we carefully select items of high quality, please remember that pre-owned items may show signs of wear. We encourage you to closely examine product images before purchasing. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
